Fraud Alert: Unauthorized Use of Allison Jones Consulting Services Inc. Name and Documents

It has come to our attention that an individual or organization identifying itself as “JAES Program, LLC” is distributing fraudulent placement agreements that misuse the name, address, and branding of Allison Jones Consulting Services Inc. without authorization.
These falsified agreements have been circulated to individuals in Ghana and potentially other regions, falsely claiming to represent our company. In at least one known case, the documents included a forged company representative name and a misleading statement that “Allison Jones Consulting Services Inc.” charges administrative fees to candidates. This is categorically false and in direct violation of Canadian employment laws.
What You Need to Know
- Allison Jones Consulting Services Inc. does not charge foreign workers any fees for recruitment or job placement services.
- The only approved email addresses for our company end in @ajccanada.com. If you receive an email from a similar address but with a slight variation (such it is fraudulent.
- Documents which show an email address of “alisson@ajccanada.com” are fraudulent; this is not Allison Jones’ correct email address.
- We have no affiliation with “JAES Program, LLC” or any individual named Jonathan M. Egalal.
- If you receive any suspicious documents or communications claiming to represent our company, please do not respond or send money.
How to Protect Yourself
- Always verify offers or agreements by emailing us directly at info@ajccanada.com or calling our office at 780-569-5227.
- Be cautious of anyone asking for payment for job offers, especially if they claim to be working with us.
- Report suspicious activity to our team at fraud@ajccanada.com and to your local authorities or embassy.
We are actively investigating this matter and have reported the incident to relevant regulatory bodies. Ensuring the safety and trust of the individuals we work with is our highest priority.
