- Minimum of 1 year experience as food service attendant, crew member or food counter attendant in a western restaurant or fast-food chain in the past 3 years.

- Red Seal certification is considered an asset.
- Ability to pass the Red Seal exam within 6 months of selection required.
- College Graduate / 2nd Year College Level or 2-year course diploma / 1-year Automotive Technician course / certificate.

- 3 years continuous employment experience in a hotel.
