LMIA Exempt Programs
There are several streams under the Temporary Foreign Worker program which are exempted from LMIA requirements.
Some of these streams are specific to certain provinces and include the International Mobility Program, Francophone Mobility for outside the province of Quebec, Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program, and several other streams.
